Should i use savage roar

Maybe this works best on single target bosses. So Rip lasts 16 seconds and Rake 10 seconds? Every 9,6 seconds down from 12 would one of SR and Rip have to be refreshed. Maybe burst with 3 FBs? Can be used to set everything up fast at the start of a boss. Can be used every other or every third Tiger's Fury. But a 5 second headstart on a 5-minute boss fight may be negligible.

So I'm seeing Incarnation and Elune's Guidance as burst and dps cooldown type talents. Play with your feet mode? Unlimited energy mode? Normal energy intensity: JW but no SR. Rake more often, Shred less. Noob mode x1,5? High energy intensity: SR but no JW.

FB less. Extreme energy intensity: SR and JW. SR every 24 sec. Rip every 16 sec. Spend 5 CP on one of those every 9,6 seconds. There's a black hole in your energy bar-mode? Something is always about to run out-mode? Where is your Ashamane now-mode? WoD style: Savage Roar every 42 seconds, Rip every 24 seconds. Spend 5 CP on one of those two every 15,3 seconds. I thought the answer would be half the average of the two durations - 10 and 16,5 seconds - but it's not.

Anyway, the difference between needing 5 CP for a particular ability every 24 seconds, or every 9,6 seconds is quite massive.

Varies depending on crits giving 2x CP. The first number is the fastest possible scenario to reach that ability with all crits. The second number is the worst possible with no crits. Abilities used also get shuffled around slightly depending on crits. Notice ".. I wrote them additively instead of multiplicatively to ease understanding. Rake lasts for 10 sec and should be refreshed at or below 3 sec left, to get up to 3 sec bonus duration on next duration.

Berserk and Tigers Fury uses no global cooldown. They can be activated mid-cast. Worst case scenario should be expected, anything else is a bonus. Input delay can make Berserk run out before 15 abilities has been used. Shred x2 until 4CP.. Rake x1 and Shred x4 until 5 CP. Rake Best case scenario Rip is delayed for 5 sec compared to Option 2. Maxed combo up in 9 sec. Worst case scenario Rip is delayed for 7 sec and Rake is refreshed 1 extra time wasting 4 sec duration 7 energy in Berserk. Shred x3 until 5 CP..

Conclusion is that starting SR should be recommended. Here are some ideas: 1 Make it a talent that consumes energy, not combo points. Ferocious Bite critical, or when Tiger's Fury is used. Perhaps others will have good suggestions for you to consider. Thank you. Comment by Lissowski I just came here to say that I hate how my dps is so low without this spell and I like every single talent in 75 row but Savage Roar. Comment by malminos I hate this ability.

It's so boring and so mandatory. This is a game design equivalent of "i didn't do my math right on the DPS so here's a huge band-aid". Please fix this Blizzard, god does this ability feel like crap to use and god is it ever mandatory. Comment by schmilblick This needs to be baseline or removed and it's effect integrated in druid damage. Links WeakAuras Export.

Lasts longer per combo point: 1 point : 12 seconds 2 points: 18 seconds 3 points: 24 seconds 4 points: 30 seconds 5 points: 36 seconds.

The dot build is so much more fun, what build and talents did you run in beta? Were they different to mine? Looks like the same thing. I wanted to stack as many modifiers as possible so i think bt as well even tho frenzy is still prob better. I agree it does seem a lot more fun. Ill prob still mess with it just have to roll as kyrian i guess.

The little bit of extra output is not worth the clumsiness of fooling around with that extra keybind and using my already limited brainpower to focus on it. For me it was just too much.

I tested it in a few heroics and it ended up being a DPS loss because I kept making stupid mistakes. Please check back later! What do they roar? Nobody can quite tell, but it sounds like "Elephant Macho Breeze".

It's probably not that, though. Savage Roar is a druid spell card, inducted into the Legacy set, formerly from the Basic set. Two copies of regular and golden Savage Roar are automatically given after the player completes the Ranked 's New player experience system, unlocking Wild and Classic format. They are uncraftable and cannot be crafted or disenchanted. Prior Year of the Gryphon 's rotation on March 30, Savage Roar is a versatile card, acting as either removal or a potent finisher.
